All mattresses and bedding accessories are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Sealy Asia (Hong Kong) Limited - Terms & Conditions of Sales

1. Delivery & Title
1.1 All deposit for ordered goods shall be kept for maximum of 12 months (for multiple deposit payments, the 12 months period shall be counted starting from the date of first deposit). Shall customer fail to complete the purchase with balance payment and take possess of the ordered good(s) within the 12 months period, all deposit will be considered to be forfeited by the customer and Sealy shall not be required to deliver the goods.
1.2 Delivery of goods will be arranged only after full payment is settled with Sealy.
1.3 Sealy undertakes to store goods for customer for a period of 1 month (30 days) from the agreed delivery date free of charge. A charge of HK$400 per piece per month will be charged beyond the 1-month period (15 days or more shall be counted as 1 month). Customer is required to settle the storage charge so incurred before delivery of goods.
1.4 Sealy provides delivery of goods to customers in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, except Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and outlining islands.
A fee of HK$180 will be charged for delivery to Discovery Bay. For residents of outlying islands, Sealy will deliver to the designated ferry pier on Hong Kong Island for pick up by the purchaser's cartage company.
1.5 For goods which cannot be delivered by truck or lifts and require physical delivery, a delivery charge will be required as follows: Delivery charges for mattress or boxspring :
1st to 10th Floor : HK$70 per piece per storey 11th to 20th Floor : HK$100 per piece per storey 21st Floor or above : HK$120 per piece per storey
The delivery charge should be paid to the delivery crew in cash only. Any special delivery arrangements should be checked with Sealy sales person in advance.
1.6 No delivery services provided on Sundays or Public Holidays.
1.7 Should Sealy be unable to deliver the sold goods, Sealy's liability will be limited to refund of payment received only.
1.8 For cancellation or re-scheduling of any delivery date, at least two working days’ notice is required (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) or else a service charge of HK$200 shall be charged.
1.9 No deliveries will be possible, for the date(s) and the immediate working day after, when typhoon signal No. 8 is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. If this is the case, delivery date will be re-scheduled.
1.10 Title to goods will only pass on payment for the goods in full to Sealy.

2. Return & Exchange
2.1 The customer is obliged to inspect and receive all items listed on the invoices and relevant delivery notes upon delivery of the goods. Any subsequent claims for damage, shortage and loss of parts/accessories will not be accepted by Sealy.
2.2 For custom-made orders, no refund or size alteration is allowed after the order has been confirmed by the customer.
2.3 Product dimensions are measured in centimeters. Sizes are nominal and are subject to a tolerance of ± 2cm.
2.4 Sealy does not accept returns of delivered goods under any circumstances after acknowledgement of receipts (except due to manufacturing faults and as provided by Sealy's warranty).
2.5 Any returned goods can only be exchanged for goods of the same or higher value and the customer is liable to pay the difference for any higher valued item. No credit will be given for exchange of goods of lower value.
2.6 An administration charge of HK$800 will occur if :
(a) Warranty service is claimed and return / exchange of goods is required (per Warranty Card);
(b) A return or exchange of goods (except due to manufacturing faults) is granted;
(c) A customer cancels delivery / fail to receive the goods on schedule;
2.7 Cancel Order
(a) Should customer insist to cancel an order (excluding custom-made order mentioned at 2.2), an administration charge 3% will occur.
(b) Should customer request to cancel any Credit Card Installment Payment that has been confirmed, a cancellation fee of 6% of the invoiced amount will be payable by the customer.
2.8 Any goods to be delivered to the customer shall be at the customer’s own risk from the date of delivery of such goods to the customer.

3. Delivery & Installation of Bedframe (all kinds of bedframe)
3.1 Installation of bedframe (all kinds of bedframe) must be carried out at the same time of its delivery.
3.2 If installation not allowed upon delivery, separate installation service charge: HK$800 per set. Sealy is not responsible for any damage before installation.
3.3 To minimize disturbance caused, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the area for the bedframe is empty in advance.
3.4 Sealy cannot be responsible for the moving or relocation of the bedframe or furniture(s) on the designated area.

4. On-site visit Charge – HK$500 per visit. On-site Visit schedule : Monday - Friday (10:00am - 5:00pm)

5. Warranty Service only available in Hong Kong, it does not cover product shipped outside of HKSAR. Full details available at www.sealy.com.hk

6. Governing Law-The above-mentioned terms and conditions shall be governed and constructed under the laws of Hong Kong.

In the event of any conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail, to the extent of any conflict.

絲漣亞洲 ( 香港 ) 有限公司 銷售條款

1. 送貨
1.1 顧客訂金可保留 12 個月,顧客請於 12 個月內完成交易及送貨,否則所付金額作廢不予退回。
1.2 顧客必須付清全款,本公司方能安排送貨。
1.3 顧客訂購之貨品 本公司可免費存放一個月 (由顧客同意之送貨日期起計), 一個月後按每件貨品每月收取 HK$400 存倉費 (15 日以上按 1 個月計),貴客送
貨前須先繳付相關費用。
1.4 本公司提供送貨服務至香港、九龍、新界 ( 愉景灣、馬灣和離島除外 )。如送貨至愉景灣,過橋費 HK$180。如送貨至離島,本公司只負責將貨品送至指定碼頭,由顧客委託之船運公司交收貨品。
1.5 凡貨物不能經由貨車或電梯運送而需要人手搬運,顧客必須繳付額外運輸費如下: 床褥或床架之運費:
1 樓 至 10 樓 :每件每層收 HK$70
11 樓 至 20 樓 :每件每層收 HK$100
21 樓 或以上 :每件每層收 HK$120 請於收貨時繳付現金予送貨人員。如需其他特別之運輸安排,請向本公司銷售顧問查詢有關費用。
1.6 星期日及公眾假期恕無送貨服務。
1.7 如本公司未能把售出貨品送抵指定送貨地址,本公司的責任只限於退款。
1.8 如要取消原定送貨日期或作重新安排,顧客必須於最少 2 個工作天前提出有關要求 ( 不包括星期六、日和公眾假期 ),否則顧客需付 HK$200 行政費。
1.9 當八號烈風訊號懸掛或黑色暴雨警告開始生效,該等日子和除下訊號後的首個工作天,本公司恕無送貨服務。送貨時間將另作安排。
1.10 顧客必須付清餘款,貨品之擁有權始屬於顧客。

2. 退貨及更換
2.1 顧客必須在收貨時檢查貨品和確認清楚發票及送貨單上的資料是否吻合。本公司恕不接受收貨之後所發現的破損、差異或遺失零件 / 配件之索償。
2.2 所有訂造單一經確定,本公司恕不接受退換或更改尺寸。
2.3 產品尺寸以厘米為單位,產品尺寸均為約數,尺寸容差 ± 2cm。
2.4 如顧客已簽收貨品,本公司恕不接受任何更換要求 ( 因生產錯誤而引致的問題或根據產品保用條款列明除外 )。
2.5 所有退換貨品只限更換同等價值或價值更高之貨品,顧客須支付價值較高之貨品的差額。如更換價值較低的貨品,所有餘額將不獲退回。
2.6 如發生以下情況,本公司均須收取 HK$800 運輸費 :
(a) 保用服務之運輸費由客人負責 (詳情請參照保用卡)
(b) 非保用服務(即非因生產錯誤而引致)的退貨或更換貨品之安排
(c) 貴客於已預約之送貨當天突然取消送貨或未能收貨
2.7 取消訂單 行政費用
(a) 如顧客要求取消訂單(2.2 項 訂造單除外),本公司須收取 3% 行政費。
(b) 本公司恕不接受取消已經確定的信用卡分期付款計劃。如顧客堅持取消有關信用卡分期付款安排,顧客需繳付此單銷售總額的 6% 為手續費。
2.8 顧客 ( 或顧客委托指定之收貨人 ) 簽收貨品後,所有關於該貨品之風險責任,顧客自理。

3. 床架送貨及安裝(任何種類之床架)
3.1 顧客購買床架(任何種類之床架)之安裝服務,須於送貨同時進行。
3.2 如安裝服務不能於送貨同時進行,顧客需繳付額外床架安裝費用 - 每套 HK$800。如貨品於送貨日之後安排安裝,進行安裝前的一切損壞,絲漣不會負責。
3.3 為減少對顧客家居之騷擾,敬請貴客將放置床架位置預先清理預留空間。
3.4 本公司不負責移動顧客家中任何傢俱,敬請貴客將舊床架預先移走。

4. 上門檢查或上門度尺收費 HK$500 上門服務時間:星期一至星期五,10am - 5pm

5. Sealy 床褥保用服務只限香港特別行政區境內,於香港境外使用的床褥不屬於保用范圍。保用服務詳情請參閱絲漣官方網頁。

6. 適用法律 - 如有對以上銷售條款有任何爭議,本條款應受香港特別行政區之法律管轄及註釋。

如上述銷售條款之中英文版本有任何爭議,概以英文版本為準。
